At PSD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original packaging and tags into a shipping mailer, ensuring you include the generated packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
